OK, so this blog may not be mini since it's going to be about my growing up, but it seemed like a fun name. This blog was created for all of those wonderful people who live far away & those who are near (but too busy to see me) to keep you all updated on me and my ever changing ways. Hope you enjoy!

Christmas!!!
This year I had a wonderful Christmas!! Christmas Eve we had dinner with Mommy's family and then Chloe and I opened gifts - I got a new Thomas the Train set & Omi gave me a plasma car that is really fun!! I got lots of musical instruments this year including a ukulele and an accordion. The rest of the family didn't have any gifts - instead they found a family that was in need and gave them food and gifts instead - I think that was pretty special!!
Late Christmas Eve Sissy Cassie, Sissy Mariah and Brother Samuel came up and we all woke up Christmas Day together and guess what??? Santa came in the middle of the night!! He ate cookies and egg nog and he filled our stockings - also, he left me a tricycle! Mommy, Daddy, Sissys and Brother all got to pick special causes to give money too so we only did a few small gifts. Later in the day, a friend of our gave us a Peppermint Pig - which is apparently a tradition in Saratoga County, NY. You put the pig in a special bag and then take turns hitting it with a small hammer until it breaks into small pieces. The Peppermint Pig is for prosperity and health. It was a silly and fun thing to do.

Our trip to Kauai
In November Mommy, Daddy, Sissy and I went to Kauai for almost 2 weeks - I like to think we went for a pre-birthday present to me, but it was actually Mom & Dads 5th Anniversary and we got a great deal on the tix! We stayed in a condo right near the beach and just enjoyed it all. We went to a Luau, went hiking, I played in the sand a lot while Mommy and Sissy played in the ocean and Daddy hung out, we saw lots of fun animals and just had a great time! Here are some pics.....

Halloween.....surprise
For Halloween I was suppose to be Elmo. Every time Mommy took me to get a costume even though none of the places had Elmo costumes, I always told her that's who I wanted to be. Mommy finally found me an Elmo costume and although I was happy about it and carried it around the house, when Halloween finally came, and Mommy tried to put it on me, I freaked out. I told Mommy, "No be Elmo!!" So, since we had trick-or-treating plans, Mommy quickly came up with a Bronco player costume!! I had fun trick-or-treating with some friends and was very loud when asking for candy!

Santa Fe
In August Sissy and Brother were both home from school so we took a quick trip to Santa Fe. We went shopping, had yummy food, and just hung out. One day we went to Ojo Caliente to go swimming...Cassie, Mariah, Samuel & Kristine (Samuel's girlfriend) all went in the mud bath..there is a picture of them all muddy, but I wasn't old enough so Mommy and I just went swimming.
